Stop in or call (815) 338-2383 to schedule an appointment with one of our professional leasing consultants.  Please allow 30 minutes for your tour of our community.  And don’t forget to bring a photo ID; which is required to view an apartment.

Come in and fill out an application or print and complete the online application below.  To process your application, a non-refundable fee per applicant will be required in the form of a Check or Money Order made payable to Willow Brooke Apartments.  This fee covers verification of employment, income, previous residence, credit and criminal background.  To complete the application process, one additional form of ID must be provided.  Please contact the leasing office for acceptable forms of identification.
